In this section you will find all Typetalk’s leaflets and information guides. All are free to download or view on line. If you would like bulk quantities through the post there will be a charge to cover printing, postage and packaging.

Customer Service Team

There are over 20 members of the Customer Service Team each working shifts ranging from 8 in the morning to 8 am to 8pm. The team can help set up your textphone, give advice on using TextDirect and Typetalk and even talk to businesses about the best way to help customers with communication difficulties. Outreach Team

The Regional Outreach Co–ordinators cover the whole of the UK including the Isle of Wight, Channel Island and the Scottish Islands. Many work from home allowing them to cover certain territories. The team visit customers in their own home's explaining Typetalk, TextDirect and how to use their textphone. They also visit businesses to give training and advice on using Typetalk.
