Typetalk and TextDirect are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year.

The Customer Service Team are available from 8am — 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am — 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed Bank Holidays. The Customer Service Team are available to answer any queries youmay have about Typetalk or TextDirect.
