Typetalk Customer Support
TextDirect and Typetalk’s Customer Service Team are your first point of contact for any questions you may have about the service. You can request information on using the service and join our mailing list to receive regular news updates about the service. Businesses and hearing people can contact the Team for advice or to arrange in–house training sessions.
Typetalk’s Customer Service Team are available seven days a week to help you use Typetalk, TextDirect and your Textphone more efficiently. From something as simple as requesting information about the service, to helping you get started using Typetalk, the team are able to help.
The team of 20 Customer Service Adviser are highly trained in all areas of Typetalk, TextDirect and Textphones and can even handle any complaints you may have. The team are available from 9am–8pm Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Saturday and Sunday. You can contact the team in many different ways:
